CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
Our approach to serving our clients could be called “old fashioned”. First of all as much as possible we prefer to work with our clients person to person rather than through emails, electronic telephone systems, and voice recordings. Modern techniques absolutely have their value and place but we feel the “personal touch” does also.
Secondly, we believe that our clients needs come first and that when you call with a problem or need, that you should be treated in a friendly, respectful manner and if we can’t satisfy you immediately then we will get a solution for you in a timely and professional manner.
Lastly, we use a time proven, aged approach to helping you, simply called “problem solving”. When a client calls with a need or problem our staff is trained to:
- Find out the relevant Facts and Details that will be necessary to provide a solution
- Develop with the client a Plan of Action to pursue solution options
- Research and collect optional solutions
- Review, analyze and prioritize optional solutions
- Present a detailed description of prioritized solutions to the client with our
recommendations
- Solve the problem or fill your need
Our goal is to keep it simple and pain free for you – our client, you are the reason we exist!!
GROUPS/ASSOCIATIONS
IPNE utilizes their significant book of social service/health business, as well as their knowledge of the field, to educate and form relationships with the best possible insurance markets, and when appropriate to develop association/ group risk programs.
Association insurance programs can include property/ liability, auto, catastrophic, workers' compensation and employee benefits. One of many potential benefits to association members can be the availability of exclusive, custom designed insurance programs. These programs can include custom coverages and underwriting as well as attractive payment plans exclusive to members. Special membership categories can be implemented for agencies wanting to take advantage of membership services, but who do not currently meet other membership guidelines.
These insurance products are specifically designed to provide comprehensive coverage for social service/health agencies. Major lines of coverage have been packaged whenever possible to minimize potential gaps and/or overlaps of coverage. This design also allows for easier risk assessment and cost management. Loss control and risk management remains individualized by providing onsite visits, reviews, plans and reports. The association can also assist through review of reports, implementation of minimum standards, and quality training seminars.
